| We feel extremely fortunate to be able to introduce this versatile breed to the United States. We own a pair of elegant Transylvanian hounds imported from Hungary, and are very pleased with the offspring in their first litter. These dogs are extremely elegant, sociable, and loyal....quickly bonding to their human family and providing companionship both at home and in the field. While used extensively in Hungary for large game hunting, they are a unique breed here in the U.S. and virtually unknown to American hound enthusiasts. Whether to be loved as family companions or trained for the hunt, these dogs will win the hearts of their owners and trainers because of their intelligence, loyalty and people- oriented nature. It is our desire to place these versatile dogs to families and handlers, in the hope that others will come to love their beauty and personality as much as we have.
